As part of its programme of free public events, the Irish Astronomical Society (IAS) intends to set up a Skywatching event at the Martello tower carpark, Sandymount, (near Eircode: D04W3C4) today Saturday 3rd January at 7:30pm.
Join us as we view the full moon and planets in the night sky through modern telescopes. Chat to experienced amateur astronomers. Grab a photo with your iPhone!
Notice: The event is weather dependent and will not take place if it is cloudy. Please check this website (or our Facebook page ) for an update if the weather is cloudy. If the event is cancelled we may arrange another night within a few days!
